What’s better than a rare Super Delta formation featuring the Thunderbirds and the @USNavy Blue Angels over Washington, D.C.?
Watching it from four different views for #UFCWhiteHouse as part of #Freedom250. 🇺🇸
Donald Trump's priorities are all wrong. I'm a UFC fan, but this isn't for the fans. This is a birthday party for Trump and his rich friends. It’s a for-profit fight, while fans at home are forced to pay to watch it and the fighters are sweating through 90-degree D.C. swamp weather. I won’t be tuning in this Sunday.
#Broncos OLB Jonathon Cooper was arrested again Thursday night on charges of domestic violence, harassment, and violating a protection order.
According to police, Cooper’s ex-girlfriend called authorities after he allegedly showed up at her residence, knocked on her door for 5-10 minutes, and repeatedly called and texted her.
Per @denverpost, an updated arrest affidavit states that a forensic nurse reported his ex-girlfriend suffered "strangulation with hypoxia and traumatic brain injury."

NOW: Mamdani says his admin will transfer ownership from bad landlords to non-profits.
“For buildings that have suffered chronic neglect, we will work to transfer ownership to responsible stewards.
Stewards that include community land trusts, non-profits, or even the tenants themselves.”
We are heartbroken to share that Rudy, our beloved 32-year-old black rhino, was humanely euthanized on Tuesday, May 26.
Earlier this month, we shared that Rudy entered end-of-life care as his age-related mobility challenges and chronic health conditions continued to progress, including Iron Overload Disorder, a condition that can impact vital organs and overall immune health.
Despite the dedicated efforts of his Animal Care and Health teams and the additional support measures put in place to keep him comfortable, his quality of life continued to decline.
As difficult as this decision was, our teams remained guided by our commitment to animal wellbeing. We never want an animal’s last day to be their worst, and together, Rudy’s care team made the compassionate decision to humanely euthanize him to honor that goal. He passed peacefully, surrounded by those who loved and cared for him. A postmortem exam will help us better understand the factors that contributed to his decline and contribute to the continued scientific knowledge that supports black rhino care and conservation worldwide.
Throughout his final weeks, Rudy showed incredible resilience and trust. He voluntarily participated in many aspects of his healthcare—including blood draws to help monitor his IOD—reflecting the deep bond he shared with his team after nearly 10 years at DZCA. Our Animal Care and Health teams worked diligently to adjust treatments and closely monitor several quality-of-life indicators, ensuring his final chapter was filled with comfort, dignity and love.
Rudisha, fondly known as Rudy, moved to Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance in 2016 from Oklahoma City Zoo to retire from an Association of Zoos and Aquariums breeding recommendation and enjoy his golden bachelor years with us. Over that time, his curious personality and strong connections with staff, volunteers and guests have made him an important part of the DZCA family and a fan-favorite among our community. Whether he was resting in the shade of his habitat, expertly shaping and styling his horn to his liking, playfully jogging alongside his care team or leaning in for scratches behind is soft rhino ears, Rudy shaped our community in immeasurable ways. Our campus will never feel quite the same without his calm and steady presence.
Thank you to everyone who played a role in Rudy’s care and wellbeing throughout his life, and especially to the Animal Care and Health teams who supported him through his final chapter with extraordinary compassion, dedication and love. Many of us had the privilege of knowing Rudy in different ways, but all of us benefited from his presence.
We invite you to honor Rudy’s memory by sharing your favorite moments, photos, and stories in the comments. You can also read more about his life and reflections from his dedicated care team here: https://t.co/b2Tm7VAz9V
I saw this and have to comment. Stan & Josh Kroenke are the best owners in sports. They hire good people and get out of the way. Same cannot be said for a vast majority of owners. They are the furthest thing from the problem for the Avs, Nuggets or any of their teams.
