"When have you ever done that?"
"Never!" 🤯
Let's talk about the Short Bat and Point of Contact 🔥⚾
Late = miss under ❌
Early = miss over ❌
Solution = let the ball travel and adjust your sights ✅
The Lesson: Sometimes the best teaching tool forces the adjustment 💡
The Result: 92.3 MPH Short Bat PR
Why It Works: The constraint removes options, forces proper timing, and teaches contact point awareness. When you can't muscle through with length, technique becomes everything ⚡
That "never" says it all - breakthrough moments happen when drills force what regular swings can't 💪

I love this. This video has made my Saturday. I hope Chip wins more so he can talk about this more. These ppl are looking to help the entire landscape of college football evolve. @uclafootball
