@Ford can literally anyone at Ford help me. My lightning has been at the dealer since May 13th. Ford is scrambling on how to fix it and they're refusing a buyback. How can I talk to anyone or do anything to make this go faster? They need time they say. Since May 13 ain't enough?

@FordTrucks 61 days my lightning has been at the dealer. They just called code still present after inverter change. Min another 2 weeks. This is becoming a financial and mental burden on me. Can anyone at corporate for the love of God help! BEV team has been of little assistance!

@FordMustang @Ford Hopefully it's more reliable but than the Ford lightning I've been out of for over 80 days. Losing work, losing income, losing time with my family due to not being able to pull any of my toys at home. Thanks, ford

@Ford @FordTrucks Just don't get the lightning when it breaks. You're going to be out of it for over 80 days and they're going to loan you out at Nissan. And then their employees are going to try and get you a buyback and file the paperwork incorrectly so they don't have to buy back from you.

@Ford Just don't get a lightning because when it breaks Ford has no clue how to repair or fix them. 7 plus weeks at the dealer many part changes still have not even diagnosed it. Nissan rogue loaner oh boy thanks. Help fix my truck @jimfarley98 or I bet big Daddy Elon could @elonmusk

@EV_Trapper @FordTrucks They refuse to buy back. It has been in the dealer four separate occasions for tailgate issues not wanting to function which has almost cost me my job due to security search at work. It's been in almost a dozen times equal to well over 4 months. In course of 17 months

@EV_Trapper @FordTrucks Had to lemon a Mache after the third high voltage battery issue. It's currently been at the dealer 7 weeks and Ford has no clue what is wrong. No progress many parts changed battery cells changed still same code. Nissan rogue is my loaner 🙄

Please fix my lightning the tailgate is unusable going in for 4th time. Love Ford and my lightning but not the fact I can't use the bed. Had to lemon a mache, aviator and still keep buying Ford's but this is really getting old.
