@eir have logged problem with fibre on line over 48 hrs ago.. still no call back.. and trying to get through to your customer care by phone is not working.. can you please help?

@eir @comreg so I’m being told multiple different lies. I’ve tried on Wednesday to log the fault but I keep getting cut off. I logged online and was informed will be called back in 24 hours. Now call customer service and it says ‘due to staff training our customer support offices ....

@eir I have just done so several times this morning. I get as far as pressing 1 for which service I want to log internet or mobile, I choose the correct option 1 and then get told we are currently having difficulties connecting customers to our support team. This was on Wednesday too
