Happy to report that after 10 months of meticulous training, logging 1,317 miles in 2023, I finished @ChiMarathon quickly enough (3:04:09) to qualify for @bostonmarathon 2025. (I needed 3:10:00 for my age group.)

A severe red jalapeño shortage means Sriracha fans are feeling the heat.
@Griffin hasn't been able to buy any for three months - as he refuses to turn to the black market 🌶

BBC News' @raziaiqbal asked me to explain the ongoing Huy Fong Foods Sriracha shortage, caused by poor jalapeño crop yields and drought in Mexico.
Below is a short audio clip from @BBCNews, with footage from @SrirachaMovie.
I joined @CBSNews to talk Sriracha 🌶 shortage yesterday. And also made this quick lighting tutorial to explain why I'm using 4 lights for a Zoom call—https://t.co/zRGFGO8P80
Have you struggled to find Sriracha at your local grocery store lately?
This morning on CBS News Streaming @AMGreenCBS and @vladduthiersCBS spoke with "Sriracha" documentary filmmaker @Griffin about what's behind the shortage of the spicy condiment.

@Slot1Gamer Ha, it'd be hard to convince me to work inside a headset. Though @ampsonic tells me Apple's forthcoming headset is rumored to be quite high resolution.
@aaronmullfilms I deviated from my usual workflow, and chose to edit *first* in 9:16, selecting shots that best fit that orientation. Like, the 3rd drone shot is better in 9:16.
Once published, *then* I changed the timeline to 16:9.
The gimbal shots look better in widescreen, more movement.
I like to race the Great Western Half Marathon—but this year I brought my camera, gimbal and drone instead.
First time shooting in 6K anamorphic mode on the Lumix GH5M2—the 4:3 aspect ratio gave me extra height to crop vertically for the Instagram/TikTok edit.
This is what the 4:3 shots look like out of the camera (down-rezzed here for Twitter from 6K to 1080.)
I suppose I *also* could output this whole edit as a 4:3 version.
Here's the vertical edit, which actually shows some extra vertical resolution that's missing in the 16:9 version.
This mode maxes out at 29.97p frames per second—so knowing I didn't need slow motion for the edit—made this mode ideal.
@jrsisson1978 Are you keeping the camera set to 180°, or are you manually setting it 1/50s, 1/100s or 1/200s?
Important to note: if you set it to 1/50s, your camera may not shoot 100fps. (The GH5, for example, when set to 60fps, will drop down to 30fps, if the shutter goes slower than 1/60s.)
