@BigBearLarz I learned working with my brother-in-law, he owned 10 Subways, if they run out of syrup for the lines or if there’s no carbonation to the sodas, you’ll get a more watery or seltzer taste, can happen with dirty nozzles too that’s why we would pop them off to sterilize them nightly
