@united get your crap together! When we got on the plane at IAH we sat in the heat for 2hrs to fix a ground crew's hat that got sucked in the AC. Then we get to EWR to find out our flight is delayed almost 3hr. Now on plane and find out we’re delayed again for 1.5hr b/c no food.
