Henry Winter’s TalkSport chat with Karren Brady is a good example. As journos you have the access to push, but rarely do. Feels like sources must be kept happy

@adambooth3 @KieranMaguire The rent would be zero if West Ham weren’t in it, as no one else would’ve wanted the wasteland in Stratford. With West Ham as the anchor, the area’s been completely regenerated. And when you refer to West Ham, direct it at Sullivan and Brady, no fan wanted the move.
