@Remy__Wolf @SouthwestAir Same. Have not flown any other airline domestically since 2010. Have done almost every trip with 2 checked bags. After cutting points perks and now charging for premium seating, there really is no reason for me to continue flying with them. Super sad.

Sorry @SouthwestAir you're about to lose a longtime customer. And millions more. You were the only airline to offer free luggage & a huge reason many of us fly w/ you. The decision to end that perk is gonna kill you guys. Ending perks means other airlines are more enticing now
