In the depths of our isolation
we cry to you, Lord God:
give light to our darkness
and bring us out of the prison of our despair;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
#HolySaturday
The women proclaimed the joy of the resurrection. Easter did not occur simply to console those who mourned the death of Jesus, but to open hearts to the extraordinary message of God’s triumph over evil and death.
Irpin is (was 😞) 1/3rd the size of my city, population-wise, before the Russian invasion.
In #Norwich I can’t walk into many places without seeing someone I know, even if only only by sight.

Pray for them 🙏🏼
Five (of the many) reasons to believe in the resurrection of Jesus:
1. The empty tomb.
2. Appearances of Jesus.
3. Transformed disciples.
4. Impact on history.
5. Experience of billions.
