Really pleased with today's efforts. An unexpected decision led me to Maldon where I finished first at @Maldonparkrun then ran 16¼ easy-paced miles along the Blackwater Estuary. 🏃‍♂️ Great way to start April. I even enjoyed the windy, muddy and wet conditions. 🤔 #parkrun #training
