@pastors4txkids@KenPaxtonTX@DanPatrick If you were an actual pastor you know the Bilble says we will k ow them by their action and Talarico is nothing more than a false prophet. A wolf in sheep’s clothing.
@GaroSchminke@Timcast@elonmusk@SpaceX How is giving jobs to thousands of people directly, and millions of jobs indirectly through the supply chain killing the country?
@CPyro07@Joya439847@Nasdaq@SpaceX@NasdaqExchange Exactly. Where do they think all the money goes? Whether we can or can’t doesn’t matter. It’s employing thousands/millions of people through the supply chain. The innovation that it pushes can’t even be measured at this point.
@bearmf@r_u_thinking@SilentSkyZero I’m pretty sure it’s wasn’t Trump leading the insurrection on May 29th, but yeah keep making stuff up because you think it helps your side.
@SilentSkyZero@DingasMacgregor Yeah, there’s no way you’re posting all the nonsense you do, speak so Ill of the current republicans, and can honestly say you’re a lifeline republican. No republican would touch the democrat party with a 10’ pole at this point. That’s why even with their vaults they will win.
@thecorpmex@CasforTX@chaseghost715 Wasn’t wasted. It helped stopped what it was meant for. Only an idiot would be on here talking about razor wire and fencing and then complaining it didn’t stop a bug.
@SaraForTexLege 1GW air cooled facility, on-site electricity generation, and they’re donating $10 million to Texas water infrastructure. So, would you oppose this site?
@katie2918@SaraForTexLege Closed loop systems don’t push out any water. Secondly, data centers here in DFW run off air cooling just fine. I’ve even seen them cool an entire vault with bitcoin miners just fine and they run hotter than typical servers.
@ColinTheLefty@SaraForTexLege You’re proving my point. They DO NOT need to be subsidized, and many of the big ones in Texas are building their own onsite power plants. Of course the roi is negative. They don’t turn profitable overnight but will with time just like many things.
@SaraForTexLege Who opposes solutions? Everyone who flat out says no to data centers. If communities can say no and block them then those same communities can set responsible requirements for them to approve them. That’s not what is happening though.
@SaraForTexLege Many opponents ignore solutions like better designs that make data centers more sustainable. We need to advocate for building smarter, not blanket no’s.
@SaraForTexLege Claiming all data centers use thousands or millions of gallons of water per day is factually wrong. Not all are built the same. Many modern ones (air-cooled, closed-loop, liquid cooling) use zero water for cooling daily. Context matters.
