Lol, there is no dilemma here.
The question is: would those tribes and groups who never lived in the time of Christ go to hell because they never heard the gospel?
To answer that, we must first understand two things about how God judges:
God will never judge unjustly.
“Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” — Genesis 18:25
God will never judge anyone without providing them a means to discern good and evil.
So, to the Jews, God gave the Law, and He will judge them by the Law.
“For as many as have sinned without law will also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law will be judged by the law.” — Romans 2:12
To those who were not Jews, God revealed Himself through creation.
“For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen;
being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse.” — Romans 1:20
The majesty of visible creation, showing that a supreme Creator exists, is the basis of God’s revelation in the conscience of those who never had the Law.
“For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these;
although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness.” — Romans 2:14–15
And to Christians, and the rest of the world after Christ, He gave the gospel, and He will judge by the gospel.
“...God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.” — Romans 2:16
So, we have three groups of people and three distinct means of judgment:
Jews = the Law
Non-Jews = nature and conscience
Christians = the Gospel
This way, no one will have an excuse for failing to act righteously according to the standards God allotted to them.
This is how God has righteously judged, nd will judge, the world. There is no dilemma.
Our God is righteous.
No one who ends up in eternal judgment or eternal paradise will be able to say they had no opportunity to choose otherwise.
This is the righteous judgment of God.
We should not be defined by the church we attend but by the fruits of the Spirit evident in our lives. Our loyalty is not to the doctrines of our denominations but to the authority of our Lord Jesus, the Christ of God.
We are Christ's.

NICARAGUA REVIVAL FIRE CRUSADE 🇳🇮🔥
To God be all the glory for His mighty works in Nicaragua
The power of God was tangible, lives transformed, yokes broken, destinies released and hearts set ablaze for God
This is a clear move of revival; unstoppable, undeniable and spreading across the land
Nicaragua shall never remain the same 🔥👏
I’ve meant to post this for the past couple of weeks.
When I came to Lagos last year, I struggled to find a church, not because there were many, but because I was looking for where the Spirit was supplied.
The two churches I am connected to do not hold Sunday services.
But eventually, I found Burning Hearts Ministries.
At the first service I attended, I realized they pray in tongues for one hour before every proper service.
That was it for me. Once a church prioritizes long prayers, my heart is set there.
But I didn’t know I was just scratching the surface.
For the first time in over a decade, I have found a church and a pastor through whom Who supplies the Spirit supplies it to me every Sunday.
I want you to know my story. For a long time in my Christian life, I have always expended myself for others.
Since NYSC, I was in my mum’s church. I was co-pastoring it.
I kept my fire by immersing myself in the sermons of my fathers in the Lord.
But no one was ministering to me. It was a burden I bore gladly.
But now, Pastor Elvis @ElvisOkhifo does, every Sunday.
I am saying this publicly because I, more than anyone, know what it means to successfully minister Christ.
It is a lot. It means that death is at work in him so that the life of Christ can flow to us as members.
I think two Sundays ago, my spiritual life wasn’t the best that week.
But I knew that if I got to church, I would receive refreshing and refilling.
Guess what? I did. My lamp was flickering when I got to church, but it was blazing hot when I left.
I am saying that Pastor Elvis labors like no other in the Word.
And I believe I can say that because I know a little bit of the Word myself.
Pastor Elvis labors so much. So much.
Apart from spending hours preparing his sermon notes, he asks his wife to read them aloud to him on the way to church just for final checks.
Then comes the Spirit through which he preaches the sermon.
I am always and consistently refreshed, and I am growing.
Should I talk about the integrity and godly sincerity of his life? That’s for another day.
As Paul said, “our boast is this: the testimony of our conscience, that we behaved in the world with simplicity and godly sincerity, not by earthly wisdom but by the grace of God” (2 Corinthians 1:12).
I am saying all these for two reasons.
One, because I am grateful to God for situating me in a local church in which His name and presence are.
Two, because the Bible says, “Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching” (1 Timothy 5:17).
I honor you, Pastor Elvis. You dey try for me, for us.
God bless Burning Hearts Ministries.
Augustine was the bishop of Hippo (now Annaba, Algeria) from 396 to 430. A renowned theologian & prolific writer, he was also a skilled preacher and rhetorician. He is one of the Latin Fathers of Roman Catholicism and, is formally recognized as a doctor of the church.
Then?
And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations.
Luke 16:9
A NATION UNDER A SPELL 🕊️🔥
There’s a blanket of sorcery and darkness over this nation; an evil spell making people tolerate what should provoke outrage.
People are suffering. Pastors are drained. Members now queue after service not for prayer, but for help with rent, school fees, food, medical bills…….
Yet, the leaders act as though nothing is wrong.
This is not normal. It is witchcraft.
A spell of patience in captivity.
A demonic tolerance of suffering.
But today, we decree:
Let every evil spell over this land be broken!
Let those misruling with arrogance and mocking the people’s pain face divine judgment.
They shall not see the celebration of their wickedness.
Enough is enough.
God must arise and He will! 🔥🇳🇬
It is with a heavy heart that Victoria and I, along with our family, announce the passing of our cherished mother and grandmother, Dolores “Dodie” Osteen. She was the beloved matriarch of Lakewood Church, an inspiration to millions of people around the world, and a faithful servant of God. Known as ‘Mama Dodie’ to the entire Lakewood family, together, we celebrate her amazing life and lasting legacy. She passed of natural causes, peacefully at her home. She was 91 years old.
MINISTRY... YOUNGER PEOPLE
Every year, during MiS, we invite an elder to teach and minister to us. We seek to learn from their experience acquired over decades of walking with the Lord. We expect them to tell us a lot of how they've seen God's word play out. Experience.
I see younger ministers trying to do the same a lot these days. I see people starting out in ministry focusing on 'firing people up' to make an impact, or to pray prayers, or to be disciplined. It is very effective, short-term. It may even be some form of spirit-coated motivational exercise unto good works. I get it. But I think it is inappropriate. Leave that work for elders. And do it very sparingly. If you are young, bury your life in the scripture. Exegesis. Hermeneutics. These should be your obsession.
Teach the scriptures. Expound it. Teach it raw. Let stories and illustrations be scanty in your delivery. Aim for naked mastery of the word. No toppings, no garnishing. If you are young, you don't have the breadth and the luxury for that sort of unhinged, even if fiery protocol. Yrs, i know that it is tempting to go that exciting route, because it usually sparks prayer. Young audiences go ga-ga at such deliveries and it might even make you popular. But your soul, your soul, o man of God, will be lean. Your asernal will have petrol, but not rocks. Your word-store will be emasculated, and your doctrine will be flippant and emotional.
You will start to depend on 'inspiration' a lot, and you will start to commit doctrinal blunders frequently.
You may have fire. But you will lack wood to keep that fire burning. Your ministry will spark people, but will hardly ground them. We build with doctrine, unembelished doctrine.
If you are young, leave the elders to 'speak', leave 'talk' for them. If you are young, labour in the word, in doctrine. Let those who hear you be burdened with untempered excavations from the word. Be meaty. Just keep at the word. Stay with scriptures. Let most of your statements be clear explication of the text of scripture before you.
I will say more later. And when I do, I will still end with this paraphrase from a wise man: learn to read the lines before attempting to read between the lines. Till then, stay with the 'lines'.
@jay_mikee The people that God made custodians of spiritual authority in Nigeria are in bed with the government that has chosen not to do anything about the lives of her citizens. Aren’t the “mouthpieces” of God supposed to be like the men of God of old?
We will pray but we must move.
I've become a radical Christian. The only loyalty I have to any pastor is how much he is loyal to God's word.
I am that brutal and not sorry about that. A faith leader in Nigeria is associating with corrupt fraudster ministers and we're acting like all is fine.
Anathema!
This is the last I’ll contribute to this prosperity gospel issue.
Last year, I said my last about tongues. Anything anyone wants to believe, it’s fine.
I’m dusting my proverbial feet. So, if you insist prosperity comes with the gospel. Fine.
If you believe being poor is not compatible with the faith, fine.
If you believe wealth is part of the salvation package, fine.
But I’ll tell you all those positions are not found in the New Testament where the gospel was revealed.
You think you’re displaying faith when you say things like, “You all can be poor, me I choose wealth.”
But it’s actually fear. You can’t imagine a world where God alone provided for you.
You can’t imagine a world where you didn’t have money.
How else would you validate that you’re spirit-filled?
If you don’t have money how else would you justify your walk with God?
Those of us who boldly tell the world that both poverty and wealth mean nothing have a higher view of the gospel.
Like the three Hebrews boys, if God saves us, fine. If he doesn’t, fine.
Paul was ready to die to witness in Jerusalem. That’s the level we aspire to.
We pray to God for money daily. But we also publicly declare this so that our faith be strengthened to know how to abound and abase.
But you think God only wants you to abound.
We’ve pointed that Christians being poor means nothing.
We showed you many poor apostles and churches.
We should you the early Christians who were poor but won an empire.
You choose not to acknowledge that.
You think the gospel started with fitted-suit wearing pastors with the latest range rovers in Lagos.
You think the gospel only moves when we can host conferences that cost 47 million naira to organize.
You think the gospel has prevailed when there’s a direct material return.
Do you even know joy? Can you find joy when the vineyard does not produce and the sheep bears no flock?
What about loss? Can you find joy in Christ as your beloved is lowered to the grave and tears fill your eyes?
We are trying to angulate your gaze to Christ only whether there’s money or not but you think we are your enemies?
You’ve been misled by a dominion mandate that simply means financial and societal personal glory and you fight when people point to something higher?
You know what? Prosperity gospel didn’t start here. It started in the US.
It seemed reasonable at the time. But now look at what mammon has done to the body of Christ there.
God has almost left. We are treading that same path.
But God is in charge. He is faithful. We will be here holding His words. When the dust settles, His name will be glorified.
Amen
It’s time we normalize praying for Christians in heated regions—places that are hostile to Christianity and dangerous for believers. Seventy Christians were behe*ded in Congo, yet the world carries on as if nothing happened.
We are closer to the end times, and persecution is increasing—both online and offline. But in all these things, we rejoice for the souls that are now home, and we will not relent in praying for those still here
May God keep us to the very end.
@jasonwhitlock “American culture degraded to the point that public nudity is allowed” sounds like an observation from someone coming from 1789. America has been pushing weird lifestyle since before the woke culture. Sorry you just found out.
@Coolverydarkma Now this justifies Mercy Chinwo’s claims that Eezee Conceptz paid bloggers & vloggers. Cos why on earth is this fellow in possession of documents & making a case for Mr. Ezekiel.
So much for Body of Christ.
Prince can come through.
If & when we let Him in, we must then bear our temple in holiness, because it is called “Holiness unto the Lord”.
Why? Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Living God?
Now you do! Be ye holy even as your Father in heaven is holy!
#KTF
Our body is the temple of God. He intricately designed and crafted a masterpiece. Ezekiel 40-43 may describe a physical & structural temple but remember God doesn’t dwell in buildings made by hand. Rather we are His temple - our body.
What the prophet saw is a type & shadow of
…it should be.
Jesus said, behold I stand at the door & knock, if anyone opens I & the Father will come in and sup with him - dwell with him.
He’s not speaking of a physical door but the door of our hearts just as the prophet described of the temple entrance where only the…
