Coming out of X retirement to say, I used to work for them, but I will never buy another @Lenovo product in my life. Over 2k on a pc that ended up getting lost in the mail, and instead of refunding me, I've spent a month calling and being told to wait 5-7 days over and over.

@doodlebeth I've been there. I threw up blood years ago, and the emergency room made me wait for hours. I finally told them "I'll just die at home, thanks." And went to sleep at home. Thankfully survived.
