I have a stand at the Old Cromwell Market today - and every second sunday through summer. The actual weather is less dire than the forecast, lots of unique goods & foods, and the scenery is amazing.
My latest Leaflet is on conversion of a slip-prone pine plantation to a native forest. My brief was:
• Create native bird habitat
• Walkway network & glades
• Planted slope retention

This Leaflet is a deep dive on a garden I designed & built at the Melbourne Flower Show in 2004. The garden was about how we try to control nature, while nature has other aims, and best encapsulated thus:

This week's leaflet is on selecting a multi-purpose mix of exotic #perennials for an inland South Island #NZ site 360m altitude. at -44.62°S

On Sustainable Drainage #SuDS and why it makes sense for NZ financially, aesthetically, and protects us from (ever larger and more frequent) flooding events. Also, why it is not widely practiced here.
