@NCLairport what is the processing time for lost property at the moment? According to gps my item has been in lost property office since Sun. Can I just turn up or do I need to wait for them to contact me first? I did email them on Sat. Obv itโs Easter hols. Thanks!
@NCLairport Thanks, I already did on Saturday, nothing back yet. But there isnโt a way to contact them directly as the phone goes to their voicemail. If I know they have it, can I just turn up?

@DirectLine any idea why I can't see a renewal button/option for my car insurance in my account online? Have a quote through in the post but can't actually renew it online (currently in the call queue to renew...)

@apwestgarth Oh no! Can you get a tea urn there? Otherwise perhaps a samovar? ๐ Didnt realise until recently the US does get 240v to the house, can you connect to a utility plug, I.e. washing machine or something?

Otherwise, try creating & applying a different global policy to your account, see if that shakes it...
