Hey @Target why do you use a horrible service like Citergy? My mom's bank account was nearly stolen out from under her. We figured it out. Put a stop to it and had the bank issue new accounts since the perps had her details related to them.
Now after a week of resetting all her auto payments and auto deposits on everyone .. but... Target cannot be changed without Citergy's blessing. She has a "case number" at Citergy but the automated phone system does give an option to enter it.. the web page is the same. What is the purpose of making a simple information change impossible?
