So it seems the Crewe stretch of HS2 (in light blue) is back on.

Apparently it is possible to amend the project...except for its classification...which remains, inexplicably, "England & Wales".

You will notice from this handy map how much of this "Welsh" project is in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

This has robbed Wales of roughly £4bn.
