People's emotions tend to heat up when there is disagreement. Remain calm and analytical at all times; it is more difficult to shut down a logical exchange than an emotional one. Remember too that emotions can shade how people see reality. #principleoftheday (1/2)
When we think about fear, there are two types, legitimate fear for which there is some valid basis and fear that is rooted in our mental projections. There’s a Tibetan saying that if you let your mind run wild, you’ll see a robber in an empty house.
We are moving into a time of inspired creativity inviting us to get organized and seek ways of improving who we are, what we do and what we have. Stay out of judgement and focus on what could be instead of what isn’t.

Compassion brings strength to our minds by lessening fear, increasing confidence and so on. Doubts and irrational thinking decline. As a result, in the company of others the mind is relaxed, there are feelings of closeness, and we have a feeling that life has meaning and purpose.
