@Myntra @MyntraSupport I placed a #MyntraNow order at around 8 AM, and nearly 2 hours later it's still showing "Yet to assign a delivery partner." You had already cancelled one of my previous #MyntraNow orders citing "unforeseen circumstances" despite marketing it as an express delivery item.

I ordered because I had to leave for an important commitment and now I'm getting delayed because of your failure to deliver on your promises. To make it worse, your customer support has been completely unhelpful and unable to provide any clarity or resolution.

If you cannot fulfil #MyntraNow orders, stop misleading customers with delivery claims you cannot honour. Extremely disappointed with the incompetence and poor customer experience. Never ever again using this app
