So, for those of you who are against the "Data Centers," let's do an actual experiment.
The next time you go to your Doctor's Office, ask He/She (or They/Them for you Liberals), when the doctor logs in to start typing info into your DIGITAL RECORD that contains ALL YOUR HEALTH RECORD INFORMATION, using EPIC (or whatever program they use), ask them this question.
"Where are the SERVERS located for this healthcare billing software data"?
In other words, who the heck has physical possession of your DATA about your HEALTH?!?!
Maybe the DATA CENTERS are for securing YOUR DATA about YOUR HEALTH, IN YOUR STATE OR COUNTRY? I would bet that 99% of your doctors DO NOT KNOW WHERE THIS INFO is STORED. When they log into their billing program, they are only accessing the server that contains the actual information.
Want to know how I know this? I used to use a billing program; I won't mention the name, but it is a common one that your doctor likely uses. I eventually tracked down the servers to INDIA! That is why I quit using that program.
I think those who are quick to jump on the "NO DATA CENTERS" train need to rethink that.
Possibly you do not know all aspects of these centers. What would happen if someone came out and said, "All your health information is stored on servers located in China and/or India.
I'm just saying, do you think that the admin would just come out and say, "We are building data centers to bring your information home from China and India"!
The public would MELT DOWN, and it would probably result in violence in some fashion.
Ask that question next time you go to the Doctor and come back here and let me know what you found out. Please, I would love to hear what you find.

Wow just got a phone call and 2 more family members have dementia. That makes 6 people with sudden onset dementia. Something really screwy is going on.

Is anyone else dealing with family members that suddenly developed dementia symptoms? Bad memory, falls, confusion. Just asking because "suddenly" 4 members of my immediate family have all of a sudden had onset of dementia. I wonder what is going on. Sincerely please let me know.
