2. Now it is rejected, no reason no updates via email, SMS.

How to report a hit-and-run incident?
Today around 4:30β4:45 PM on Choodasandra Main Road, the vehicle in front of me suddenly stopped and reversed without any warning, hitting my vehicle. I was directly behind it, with other vehicles behind me.
When I confronted the driver (a lady), she refused to apologize and fled the spot.
Please guide me on how to file a formal complaint.
Any help would be appreciated

When I got down, 2-3 locals gathered and started shouting at the lady driver. She had 2 children with her, so I didnβt want to create a scene. I signaled her to move ahead and only wanted to speak calmly. But she saw me waiting, ignored me, and drove away.
A simple sorry doesnβt hurt anyone.

@QuickRidein what a useless app. The app goes down during peak hours and ppi wallet is a joke i had ordered the card 2 months back no update. Instead of running social media campaign, work on your backend.
