I love Dead Space and I loved the remake. To hear that the devs wanted to remake Dead Space 2 and were denied, but EA still puppets the game's body for a few quick bucks in their other title, is very depressing.

@Bricky After them planning a Mass Effect show and talking about how Mass Effect: LE actually did really well for EA, I thought that they’d at least squeeze this game out. Especially since taking the ME team to help with Veilguard wasn’t making it come out any faster.

But of course not.

Is it all that surprising? Not necessarily, but I was at least thinking they’d go through with the next Mass Effect. After all they mentioned about it being profitable for them, and then hiring new people.
