The reason Sam Ash is closing is because their website is awful. This is what happens when you don’t invest in good IT, whether it’s in-house or outsourced.
Either that or because of woke. 😂

I even called Assurant and apparently there are no actual people working the phones there. This shouldn't be this difficult. Is this how you cheat your 'Diamond' customers out of even more money? You need to make this right @xfinity.
@xfinity - Why is it so difficult to trade in a phone online? I received my new phone over a week ago. The button on your website doesn't work. I've been to the store, called support 4 times now, and no one can get me a fucking return shipping label? Come on now. 1/2
@RonFilipkowski "I could get a hell of a good look at a T-bone steak by sticking my head up a bull's ass, but I'd rather take the butcher's word for it."
And for anyone wondering, if you are a current customer with @Xfinity, and attempt to see what offers they have for new customers, they require you to enter your address, and then the website errors out since you've already got an account. I gotta admit, it's kinda brilliant.
It's almost as if @xfinity's business model is "Hide our current rates, deals, and packages from loyal customers, have our website purposefully break, force customers to call, and then tell them we have no offers."
