Just to do a small update on my Special interest project - my PCR worked and I edited my samples through Geneius. Then used MEGA and got this wonderful phylogeny ( + bootstrap). #sparsely-spotted stingaree

Currently working on DNA extraction for Sparsely-spotted stingarees and finally had a breakthrough! After 6 PCR programs, I got all 10 samples plus my positive control to amplify :)
