BREAKING: Major League Baseball and the MLB Players Association have reached a tentative agreement on a new labor deal, sources tell ESPN. While it still needs to be ratified by both parties, that is expected to be a formality, and when it is:
Baseball is back.
I would like to thank God, my parents, and my coaches for getting me to where I am today. I am honored to announce my commitment to further my academic and baseball career at Columbia University. #RoarLionRoar@CULionsBaseball@RameauRaul@TheRWatkins@dtisch30
Major League Baseball has asked the MLB Players Association if players can report to camp by July 1 and will sign off on health-and-safety protocols. The union has been asked to respond by 5 p.m. Tuesday.
In other words: MLB is planning on a season.
I am blessed to say I have committed to Galveston College to advance my academic and baseball career. I want to thank God, my family, friends, and coaches that have supported me on this journey. Can’t wait to get to work. Blessed to be a Whitecap 🌊🌊!
