If you’re struggling, please please please ask for help. You’re not alone. The storm will pass. Life is worth living. Stay and be loved.
Mental health and suicide need to be portrayed in a responsible, healthy way in TV shows, movies, and other entertainment media. We shouldn’t praise content that just talks about mental health, it also needs to spark a conversation in a way that educates and raises awareness.
