@TheCTStud@TrevorScottReal@aelluswamy@SawyerMerritt@ChuckCook@Tesla_AI Tesla makes exceptional cars. Doesn’t mean they need or get “exceptional” treatment by the media. Just the other day Waymo had a recall and the news outlets for nearly no reason at all added Tesla to the headline…. It should be fair reporting for all automakers. It’s not though
@walls_jason1@cantonmeow@elonmusk Turo is your best bet. There is a company called Resla that does Tesla rentals too but more limited in geography. You should make sure it’s a HW4 vehicle preferably a Model Y after 2025 with FSD version 14.2.2.5(probably best for new drivers) or 14.3.3(new version, less smooth)
built ChargeRight because I kept seeing homeowners get quoted $4,000-$6,000 for a panel upgrade to add EV charging. snap a photo of your panel, it runs your actual load calc, tells you if you actually need that upgrade or if a load manager handles it.
@mikepat711 The tech in a fully loaded Ram 1500 is pretty cool not going to lie. Tesla’s FSD edges out everything obviously, but there’s some cool capabilities out there when it comes to features and comfort in other vehicles.
@CoffeeBlackMD That’s a heavy stack. Can’t be optimized further? Seems like a lot of individual components. Honest question.. as I know little about this. I just know if it was me I’d be like nah too much to be sustainable. I’m sure that says more about me then anything though 😆
