If this is the response KQ finds relevant after 10 days of writing to them, then I would advise the rest to learn a lesson and choose your Airlines wisely. There's nothing like proud of Africa but shame.

@KenyaAirways With such kind of feedback after messing up business class client I don't think KQ is serious at all. In Europe you compensate passengers for inconvenience but in Africa it is a mere sorry you feel would help
