@DPD_UKHelplin why does your drivers do not call the mobile number or buzz the door. I just got a message they tried to deliver and sent a picture of my building front door. Here I am waiting for delivery. Could not find a way to contact support to request to deliver again today.
@FedExHelpEU - how can your courier claim to have attempted delivery and missed, if there are 4 people at home and no one heard the bell rang on called the mobile number as contact. his is the 3rd delivery from FedEx that has missed delivery date. Unacceptable!
@virginmedia nothing seems to be working for Islington area. Can't report issue, can't get update when issue is resolved, Virgin Media website keeps throwing error service not available/ Web page can't be found.
@parcelforce, why do I get a missed delivery txt message, when no-one attempted a delivery nor left a missed delivery card? Now I struggle to track my package or get to speak with an agent to help ensure I get my package.

@SingaporeAir Sadly no help, ended up calling Customer Service/Reservation in London, but they too are unable to help as I would need a commercial booking rep to call me back. Rather disappointing as now not sure I can get the flight I need for the price originally published.

@UPS_UK - was expecting a delivery of perishable goods. Initial txt message said to expect delivery between 9am and 12noon, no delivery still after 5pm, No call back from Customer Service after speaking with them. How do I start a claim?

Poor service @dpd_uk. Received msg stating missed delivery even though was home. Then customer service stated will try redelivery, less than an hour later, now have to pickup package because driver was running late.
