I live in California. On EVERY pump they have a sticker that shows the Federal and State Taxes which for California is currently $.61, but we also pay local city, county taxes and fee’s per gallon.

Voters like this retard, voted for ALL of that PLUD voted to HAND the Democrat the ability to RAISE the tax whenever without any further votes. So this absolute moron knows nothing, votes based off of his stupendous level of ignorance and then attributes the blame to where it doesn’t actually lay.
