The fact that we even need to ask this question proves we are surrounded by unensouled creatures, a Real Person would have thought this through and simply not said "erm it's for 8 year olds"
"Immersion gamers."P eople who want to "have an experience" without any of the niggles of overcoming a challenge (which is The Point of anything that can be described as a game)
They would be more at home reading a book, but that's even more effort than the average "game" now
decompdev, a website created to track video game decompilation projects and connect the community, is being shut down.
The creator has stopped people from adding new projects because of a recent flood of what they call “vibe coded” decompilations and native ports.
Basically, too many projects were being submitted that rely heavily on AI-generated code rather than genuine reverse-engineering work. This made it harder to keep the site useful and trustworthy.
decompdev was meant to be a central place to see which games were being decompiled, how much progress had been made, and who was working on them.
Windows 11 users could have a problem with Windows Update in 2027 if they don’t keep their PCs updated.
Microsoft is replacing security certificates used by Windows Update.
Some of the current certificates will expire on May 17 and June 19, 2027, if your PC hasn’t received the replacements, it could lose access to the service and stop receiving updates automatically.
If a compatible PC misses the deadline, the required update can still be downloaded manually from Microsoft’s Update Catalog.
