It’s easy to indulge at Christmas, but it’s important to recognise when you’ve had enough of a good thing. Balance festive nights out with lighter days to give your body a break. If it feels like things are getting too much, it’s perfectly okay to prioritise what’s best for you.
Look after yourself over Christmas. If stress levels rise, remember to take a break. Whether it’s a walk, a coffee break, or listening to music, do what helps you relax and unwind. A bit of light exercise can help lift your mood.

Manage your expectations this Christmas by focusing on what you can control. Accept that you can’t change how others behave or think. It’s perfectly okay to prioritise what’s best for you. Set your boundaries and don’t hesitate to say no to things.
It can be easy to get distracted over Christmas and forget about the importance of connecting with friends, family and loved ones. Spending quality time with those close to you can mean more than the most expensive of presents. https://t.co/bPfJeq8SWE
