GuidedTrack is now back up. Maintenance is still ongoing, but you should be able to access our services as you do normally. Things might be slow from time to time until we wrap up maintenance.
The data processing task we have to do as part of our database maintenance is taking longer than we estimated. Things are still going smoothly and we’ll have GuidedTrack back up ASAP.
We’re about to begin scheduled database maintenance. We estimate GuidedTrack will be unavailable for about 30 minutes. We’ll post here when maintenance has concluded.

@beauhaan@RobertHaisfield Thank you for checking GuidedTrack out, @beauhaan. As @RobertHaisfield mentioned, we’re working on improving the look and feel of programs. The redesign will also make it easier to customize how programs look when you embed them on your own site.
We suspect the disruption to the email system resulted in emails silently failing to send for around 20 hours. If you have a program that relies on email and that you suspect you might have been affected, please get in touch so we can mitigate the effect on your users.
We have managed to resolve the problem with our email system and emails should now again be coming through. The root cause was a problem on our email service provider’s end.
We have just identified a problem with our email systems. Emails are currently not being delivered. We are looking into the problem now and we’ll post an update as soon as we know more.
We can confirm our systems have been back online and functioning as expected for nearly 12 hours now. Our service provider is still monitoring the incident, though, and hasn’t yet closed it. We’ll share updates as we find out more.
Our servers are now getting around the same amount of traffic as before the incident, indicating that things may be returning to normal. The issue is still ongoing on our service provider’s end, though.
We’ve restored the version data for programs in consistent versioning mode. Things should now be back to normal, but please let us know if either you or your users are experiencing issues loading programs.
The fix has now been fully applied and most programs should be working as normal. We’re still investigating the impact this has had on programs in consistent versioning mode.
GuidedTrack programs are currently failing to load. We’re investigating and believe we’ve narrowed down the possible causes. We’ll post an update when we know more.
