Many thanks to Andrew & David @rhetperth who brought Daisy the cow to visit P1/2 this morning! After learning about where milk comes from and which foods contain milk, the children had a go at milking Daisy and even making their own butter ๐
Thank you to William Murray, Viscount Stormont who visited Guildtown Primary & Nursery pupils this afternoon. They asked lots of interesting questions linked to their current learning and some of us even got to be crowned as Kings & Queens! ๐ @SconePalace
We snuck in a bit of tree planting before the rain set in at Guildtown today! Children from P3-P7 at Guildtown Primary joined us to plant 30 trees in Guildtown Park as part of A Tree for Every Child! ๐ณ๐ณ
The trees are a mix of Wild Cherry, Rowan and Silver Birch ๐ณ

The pupils gave a thank you card/banner for the contractor. Mud kitchens were donated as a community benefit and as part of the External Fabric Upgrades 6 Contract.
The children had a fantastic time entertaining the residents of RDM care home in Scone ๐ง. It was great to visit again after writing and performing a song for them last year!
