Meet Vutlharhi Valoyi, the Limpopo-born founder of Zulzi — the online grocery delivery startup that secured R30 million in funding from a JSE-listed company. 🇿🇦📈
From humble beginnings to processing over 2,000 orders a day, Zulzi was already doing nearly R1 million in sales per day back in 2019. Their innovation would later help shape the development of Checkers Sixty60, now one of South Africa’s biggest delivery platforms. 🚀
Zulzi founder and CEO Vutlharhi “Donald” Valoyi played a major role in building the future of on-demand grocery delivery in South Africa.

repossession threats and repayment schedules that many borrowers barely understand until they default. Lenders are so desperate to tap into the low income market, regardless of the financial instability of the lower class’s unworthiness of credit.
mobility and income. The problem is that a growing part of the market now looks less like harmless pay-later convenience and more like high-cost, asset-backed consumer lending, enforced through phone locks, GPS tracking,.
I built a sales intelligence platform for call centers.
Landed the first pilot.
I can only go higher and higher from here.
Thank you to everyone and let me know your thoughts or any questions you have :)

I’m raising funds for a fintech idea that is a viable but high-risk, high-regulation fintech/logistics hybrid.
It solves a real problem: people needing to send physical cash quickly, especially in communities where:
