JUST IN: Christina "Lynn" Siders' defense attorney has now filed a motion asking the judge to impose a gag order (but formally called a nondissemination order) in the Ohio "House of Horrors" case. The motion details that this would prohibit the parties from publicly discussing evidence, discovery, trial prep, or making public statements about the character or credibility of the defendants, witnesses, or alleged victims. The proposed order would apply to those involved in the case...not the media. A judge previously granted a similar gag order request for Gary Siders Jr. Neither Elizabeth Siders' nor Gary Siders Sr.'s dockets currently reflect a similar request.

The father of Sebastian Rogers is now suing the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services over his son’s disappearance. The 15-year-old, who has autism, suddenly disappeared nearly 2.5 years ago, and there have yet to be any arrests or suspects.

🚨 Clarifying the Siders Search Warrant Timeline

On June 30th, Vinton County deputies + Ohio BCI executed a search warrant at the R Street home as part of an ongoing investigation into a yet-to-be-disclosed crime.

This was NOT related to Gary Siders Jr’s 4 misdemeanor public indecency charges.
Inside: 16 children (ages 1.5–18) — some in poor condition per prosecutors. All hospitalized then placed in foster care.

NEW: Gary Siders Jr.'s attorney is asking the judge for a gag order on public officials: including the Ohio Attorney General's Office, the Vinton County Prosecutor's Office, the Vinton County Sheriff's Office, and others involved in the case. He cites the previous statements as problematic and crossing the line:

-describing the case as "pure evil"
-saying the children looked "almost feral animals;"
-stating the family's livestock was kept in better conditions than the children;
-calling the home "disgusting" and filled with human feces;
-suggesting that if authorities had waited another 24 hours, there was a "very high probability" one or more children would have died

Local outlet, The Columbus Dispatch, obtained 2021 truancy complaints showing authorities attempted to serve Gary Jr. and Elizabeth Siders after six of their children allegedly missed the entire 2021–22 school year. According to the court records, the complaints were never served because officials were unable to locate the family.

I pulled up the criminal complaint, and the records appear to correspond with the Siders' six oldest school-aged children. Based on dates of birth listed in the complaints, the children are now 18, 16, 15, 14, 13 and 11 years old. When Gallia County Juvenile Court filed the truancy complaints in October 2021, those same children were roughly 13, 12, 10, 9, 8 and 7 years old and should have been attending elementary or middle school.

Gary Siders Jr. & his wife Elizabeth & Gary Siders Sr. & his wife Christina were charged with 16 counts of child endangerment when the Siders children were found in squalor in a 12×12 room in the basement of their house in Ohio.

So many people are poor, but just because you are poor, does not mean you are filthy dirty and leave your kids in feces. Most people with little means are clean and take care of what they have.

Having little money is no excuse for abusing children.

Gary Sr. has been released on his own recognizance due to a medical issue.

The audio clip used in this video has circulated online and is allegedly connected to the case, but its authenticity has not been officially confirmed in court documents.

Hearing a child leave a voicemail for a grown man who groomed her honestly makes me sick to my stomach. You can hear the innocence in her voice while knowing the adult on the other end was manipulating and exploiting that trust. No child should ever be put in that position.
