@hydro_customer $4.6 billion in net profits last year and West Island customers are freezing and in the dark (figuratively and literally). 1500 means nothing…it should be about a timeline to return to normal service regardless of the required staff.
@hydro_customer A concerted effort to break-up this monopoly or a class action civil suit? What’s required for a more aggressive and proportionate response for 1,000s of West Island families. Self congratulatory words from HQ mean nothing to freezing customers.
@hydro_customer Spotted the elusive HQ trucks lining up for much deserved nourishment. Shy and rare creature, seemingly extinct in the West Island. Appreciate the effort folks, but remember, Quebec families are freezing and in the dark.
@mourning_star85@hydro_customer Agree…have to wonder however, after this performance, how HQ would fare if they had to face something bigger that a half day of freezing rain.
@hydro_customer At the post-mortem stage, you should review your crisis management and communications tactics. Hard to not be irritated reading about restored customers and people on the ground (what does that even mean 1,400?) while families are freezing, hungry, and kept in the dark.
