1/3 Disappointed and angry with @oyorooms
My brother had booked a room for a stay in Kanpur today at the price as shown in the app. The booking was made with full payment for the stay as asked by Oyo. As per the confirmation message, the booking was accepted by the hotel and Oyo.

3/3 support, the solution came that his reservation will be shifted to another hotel. What a wonderful evening it was just a day before his exam!! Thank you for such an unpleasant experience @oyorooms

2/3 The hotel reception denied to offer the room and asked for extra payment to allow entry in the room. What kind of service is this @oyorooms! Why do you list hotel rooms at such prices if the hotels don't agree to provide rooms on such rates? Post 1 hr call with your customer
