Hey @Uber, we just had the worst driver experience at the Lyon airport. The driver rushed us and did not allow us to securely install a toddler seat. He was worried about a small parking fee. And he made a complaint. Now my husband account is suspended.

@united Then maybe open your clubs or notify your passengers of closed clubs so that they can plan accordingly? It shouldn’t be that difficult to attach a note to flight info emails indicating club closures.

@united what are your plans for clubs and one-time passes? I had several one-time passes I couldn’t use because the clubs were closed. Now they are expired. When I asked for extension, I wasn’t given one. But you still sell one-time pass. How come?
