@IndiGo6E offered me a voucher for up to 6 months. This is forcing the customer to fly with Indigo and regardless of the voucher I will still have to spend money to get my bag fixed THAT WAS BROKEN BY THE AIRLINE. I request @DGCAIndia to intervene and resolve this issue.

@IndiGo6E my baggage was damaged at Delhi airport on 27.11.23. I was told at the arrival indigo counter that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs, no response.
