@airindia Why are there such issues in new aircrafts? Is this due to lack of proper quality checks while commissioning aircrafts into service? As you revamp your fleet, it would be great if such issues reduce in frequency. It will help rebuild the lost trust in your services.

@airindia flight AI 409 from Ahmedabad to Mumbai brought back from runway to the tarmac due to technical issues. While I understand that technical issues can arise in any aircraft, I am just appalled at the fact that this craft is from the new fleet that Air India acquired.

@united That's fair. But when a customer approaches your staff with a genuine problem that the carry on contains electronics and can't be checked in, it is no way to respond saying "we cant help. Do you want to board or not". Right?

@NHAI_Official Is there any rule for truck drivers to drive on the leftmost lane, or something similar? I am on NH48 and was almost in an accident due to 3 trucks mutually trying to overtake each other. It would be safer to have stricter rules for them.
