@AmericanAir @bonnalitaa They did the same to us, were a group of 33 university students which of 20 are minors. No accommodations and pretty much told us to fend for ourselves.

Yes this is a tense situation for many, but if you want to work in customer service, you need to put a smile on your face and help your customer to find a reasonable solution. @AmericanAir supervisors have been giving us inconsistent stories and then abandoning us all together

We’re just trying to get home from a volunteer trip. Some of us are in need of prescription medications and medical attention. We haven’t slept properly in over 24 hours except for on the airport floor for a couple of hours. @AmericanAir

Ok been sitting on the American Airline tarmac now for an hour and 20 minutes thus far!! Oh and it’s 1:10 AM!! Do they care? No no they don’t. Don’t fly American Airlines!!!
