@mirashowers Quick@update - had missed call first thing from Holly, called back and spoke to Sam who was extremely helpful - product in warranty and replaced. Would recommend trying to sell the green plastic lug - will save you costs. Thanks for the great service.

@mirashowers have a broken green plastic part on my shower Diverter (product 1736.247). I can change it but you don’t sell it - have to pay £70 for new Diverter to replace a tiny piece of plastic which is madness. Could you send me one please? Happy to pay for part and postage
