Horror stories about the past, is presently used as "let me show you the real me" and LINKEDIN users fall for those gimmicks. In my case, loving parents (impossible better) , great childhood, unbeatable life experiences and it could have not gone better for me since day 1.

While I understand that early troubles in life, most people go through, are common occurrence, the fact that they are used in Social Media as a Soap Opera story and we are suppose to feel now & believe you are better or successful because you were able to surpass that situation, is pitiful.

If that was the truth, there are over 85% of the world population living in absolute poverty (according to US standards), fighting and surpassing every day abuses and mistreatments (in their own lands, and by their own circumstances ) to survive in this world, why aren't they as successful as they should be according to the "please hire me stories, cause I beat abuse, mistreatments or discrimination".

I call that "the be sorry for me" approach, and those circumstances in life DEFINITELY do not make you trust worthy or even adequate to teach success.

Being successful before you go out to teach success is the correct background to look for, when you are looking for an individual to guide and change your life.

Some who comes from successful family, successful relationships, successful experiences, success in business (way before they claimed to be a "COACH" on LINKEDIN) success in his/her marriage, and finally; a long list of successful companies and experiences is better prepared and qualified to show you the way to success.

That we have all made mistakes; sure, that we are perfect (there is only one perfect and He is in heaven) and that we might have failed a half a dozen times chasing success, it the rule of life.

But that you should hire someone to fix your life because they survived abuse in their family, drug addiction or alcohol recovery, battle every day with those childhood memories, and comes out and lets you know all this; while very commendable and brave, its not a positive reference to have when you look for guidance to success or change in your life.

While I highly value there efforts and every day fight to survive the consequences of their lives, why hire a mathematician to teach me how to do well in biology or coking classes?

If I want to change my life, achieve what most everyone is looking for (success in life and business) and make this a permanent reality in my life, I would look for someone who has the background, came from success in family and business and knows about success because it has been a part of his life through his entire life, wouldn't that be the logical thing to do?

AI will, in the next 5 years, bring you better advice, and better proceedings and valuable information, than anyone can give you.

Which database is AI going to access for this? The success in life and business experiences or the abused, drug and alcohol survivor databases?

With out sales skills, you are dead on arrival. Someone else will always put a price on your time and worth, and that's sad, ver sad! Takes me three months to turn you from a 0 sales skills individual to a High Self-Esteem C-LEVEL sales professional, negotiator and closer. And by the way, this will change your life forever in many other areas of human relationships and sociability.

Sales Skills are a necessary "evil" unless you want to spend your days in a desk letting someone else put a value on your per-hour rate and hoping for a raise or an opportunity to ascend to a better position (where you most probably will also need sales skills if it's a step up from what you had and from what you were making.

I recently talked to a man that hoped to be promoted from car salesman to manager and said he expected that to happen in the next 5 years (he had been a salesman already in that company for 10 years. Good man, good salesman, who thought wrongly that to become a new or used car salesman you needed to wait 15 years of your life. He was an excellent salesman but had a traditional "boss" that did not want him to ascend and take his place.

Its not just about selling, it's an entire package of skills that come with all the necessary part to complete the entire puzzle. How to handle rejection and turn it around to become a step towards a sale.

How you are viewed, or perceived by the buyer and how to portray the necessary qualities to be listened to, instead of ignored.

When the best time top offer, negotiate and close. most people do not know this have a particular order and a specific moment at the time of selling.

Am I selling you something? NOT REALLY! I am just telling you the realities of the market and what you can expect for yourself if you do not have a full Self Esteem package that incudes sales skills.

You might not like the way I say it and I respect that, but remember, If you ask a MARINE SEAL-TEAM 6 (the highest level of military men and woman in the Armed Forces) how many times they went partying with their instructor and how easy was going through training, your ears might not be strong enough to listen to what that MARINE has to say.

So if you want me to be politically correct and keep letting someone else put a price on your self worth, i am not the person you should be talking to.

If you want me to fulfill on the promises of turning your life around, help you take control of your earnings and better your life in the process, prepare to hear some things you might not like, but will do the job and turn your life around.
