Yet again @united never fails man. Landed over 30 minutes ago and the fucking door won’t open. I swear to God this airline is up there with spirit airlines for worst service in the world. #DontFlyUnited
@united officially is the worse airline in the world! I will put spirit and frontier ahead of them because there’s no way they have the bullshit problems United has. EVERY SINGLE flight I have taken has been some sort of major issue. Thanks United for ruining peoples days/nights

It’s like i only use X whenever @united fails at being a good airline. 3:30 flight at 5:40 and I’m still sitting on the runway. 4 issues I’ve had the last 4 flights, zero response from customer care, zero vouchers or miles given back, literally becoming one of the worst companies
2 min into the flight to Dallas I told the attendants that it sounds like the sign is shorting out. Only to be told they already know about it but didn’t care to fix it and this has been what I’ve listened to for 4 hours and now diverted to Houston. @united THANKS FOR NOTHING
20 year member of @united it’s sad to see how awful the entire company including staff, pilots, even the overall planes have just downgraded and not worth the money. Can yall give me some good airlines yall fly so I can look into it and finally leave @united and the disrespect!
Man even on the way home there’s ANOTHER MAINTENANCE ISSUE. It’s official @united is hands down the worst airline to fly. There has not been a flight in the past 5 years without a dam issue! I’ve wasted so much of my time on waiting around bc of there mishaps. Such disrespect!

@united flight leaving at 8:30am hasn’t even taken off yet and it’s 12:30pm. Can’t wait to hear united want to give me $50 voucher after all this nonsense. More maintenance issues than a 60 year old woman
I spent 800k miles on Polaris 1st class flights to Turkey. First flight, ran out of food, land in Turkey bags didn’t get there had to wait 4 hours, on way back this was my broken seat in first class. @united offered me 12k miles for all the issues. So I’m taking it to twitter.
@united when i called said to email customer care😂 they haven’t returned 1 email of mine, never call, and never fix any issues. But that’s there protocol to not do anything and expect every to email in their issues. Honestly I’m glad I’m almost done using them. United YOU SUCK
