A survey has already been done on building, surely we don't need to do this all over again? Epic waste of resources if so.

@elliereeves I can categorically assure you this issue has NOT been resolved. We still DON'T have water in se22. @thameswater claiming it's now our block management's responsibilty to now check our 'pumps' to building. Our management company have confirmed, we DON'T have pumps...
@thameswater No water in SE22, Lordship Lane, in london since 09:30am. We received a letter to call if we experienced outtage whilst switching supply pipes. Yet when i call my reference no. doesn't find anything and apparently there is no issue in the area. What is going on!?
@WeAreOpenreach Hello. Moved into flat in London and was assured by ISP it had fibre access. Openreach engineer came out and laughed and explained the building DOES NOT have access. How do I go about trying to get fibre access to building? We have a management company. Thanks!
@WeAreOpenreach Got completely fobbed off on my case and it has been closed stating: "Iโve looked into your enquiry and can confirm that Ultrafast Full Fibre Broadband is available to order." I CAN CATEGORICALLY ASSURE YOU WE DON'T HAVE FIBRE ACCESS. AS CONFIRMED BY ENGINEER. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
@currys I specifically paid for a time slot and stayed at home today for a washing machine delivery only to receive a VM that driver couldnโt find property and have cancelled visit. Customer care not helping. And this is rediculous. No delivery driver has ever had this issue.
