Sorry, but I don't know anyone who has worked a lot of wildland fire who can imagine how you'd do what we did in clean clothing and respirators.

I think instead of throwing endless money at all this administration, maybe pay really well, staff really well, and cycle people through shorter career paths, shorter shifts, and into a good retirement instead of all this bs as if you can go into burning and burned areas staying clean and breathing clean air.
The job is literally all about being able to endure this exact stuff through physical and mental strength... it's maddening to exist in a public discourse that seems to consistently misunderstand the job at the most fundamental levels.

those spaces are still in service for much longer trucks and 53' trailers, it's a problem.
The solution is usually a drop yard and a yard truck, but whatever.

@KarlousM true, I started driving around when I was 13.
I used to drink 6 beers before work when I was 17, then go wash dishes all evening or move furniture all day.
Moved across the country, slept in my truck, made a new life at 18 🤷‍♂️

We did grow up early.

@BradGalli a thing about rehab is you may end up with rehab objectives that have you throwing pitches that aren't strategic.

It's not necessarily an indication a pitcher is incapable of being effective.
A lot of the assessment depends on strategic/rehab stuff that isn't public.
