@Hellboundette I read your position just fine. What I've been saying is that this campaign meant to create consequences are often what people mean when they use the term 'cancellation.' I think we're disagreeing on the label, not the process itself.
@Hellboundette You said I'm embarrassing, you called me dumb, you wondered if I have any reading comprehension. Those sure fit the description of an ad hominem.
@Hellboundette Five minutes ago, you said this wasn't an attempt at cancellation. Now you're openly saying you want her to 'face the music' and not 'get away with it.' Which is it? Because that sounds exactly like an attempt to create consequences.
@Hellboundette Trying to publicly compile allegations, rally attention against someone, and pressure them into consequences is generally what people mean when they talk about cancellation.
@fellowhumanman@ToonHive My room actually smelled fine. Someone next to me actually had a nice perfume on. But I was honestly more invested in my popcorn.
@UmaNyadia The viewer must appreciate their partner for who they are as a person, not the persona they see on stream. It seems simple, but really, it's not. And it's confusing. Is there a real relationship, or is it just a deeper parasocial one? 2/2
@UmaNyadia Not a VTuber, I'm a viewer. But from the perspective of a viewer, even we can tell that that would be a very bad idea. Immediate repercussions like losing followers, and subsequent ones, like false accusations if things don't work out. A genuine relationship CAN happen, but 1/2
@santirodb@enseecan The biggest complaints are from those who wholeheartedly believe that Wuyang and Juno are both gay and should be with partners of the same gender. The lesser complaints is that there's no chemistry between the two. In my honest opinion, both can suck a bag of dicks.
@KingMegArt@inkfycreates It's like watercolor, only that it's not transparent as water. That means you can paint light colors over dark colors, and you can't see the paper you're painting on.
