#CutMate#Inventor
Ever had this happen before you’ve finished the cut? 😩
The board slips and damages the end
That’s why I invented CutMate.
Designed to prevent damage and save time
For track saws
CutMate supports the board right where you need it
For circular saws & handsaws
@simonsquibb I’ve spent months turning an idea into something real…
This started with a simple problem I wanted to solve — and now I’m holding the first CutMate prototypes in my hands. 🛠️
No big workshop.
No huge team.
Just an idea, a 3D printer and the determination.

Just an idea, a 3D printer and the determination.
I could have given up on CutMate.
But I didn’t.
I had an idea for a simple tool that solves a real problem when cutting boards — so I built it.
Now I’m trying to get CutMate from prototype to production.
I’m not asking people to just buy a tool.
@simonsquibb Simon, I’ve invented a simple tool called CutMate™ that stops cut-off board ends dropping when using a saw.
I’ve built the prototype, tested it and I’m now trying to get it into production.
I’m not looking for handouts — I’m looking for someone who believes my simple idea
@simonsquibb Hi Simon
my dream is to get CutMate™ a tool I invented to stop cut-off boards dropping when sawing — into production and onto the shelves of major DIY retailers
I’ve built and tested the prototype. Now I need one person to believe in it.
This could be that moment
DAY 5 — I’m still pushing. 🔧
CutMate started with a simple idea:
How do you stop the piece of board you’re cutting from dropping away at the end of the cut
I couldn’t find a simple solution… so I designed one.
I’ve now got the prototype, the design and a plan to manufacture
Can we forward far and wide to help with getting Cutmate into full
Production. Crowdfunding link https://t.co/7MRyBJfqBC

Many thanks for your help and support
This started with a simple idea.
I kept seeing the same problem when cutting boards — the piece being cut off would drop away.
So I designed something to stop it.
That idea became CutMate™.
I’m now crowdfunding to go into production, with help from you.
